You may request a full refund 7 days after purchasing your dementia coaching package. If you are dissatisfied with the coaching after 2 sessions, you will be refunded 50% of the purchase price. No refunds after the third, fourth, or fifth session. Dementia coaching sessions must be used within 45 days of purchase.
You may request a refund for a dementia course within 7 days of purchase. No refunds after the 7th day post purchase.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
